Die Herstellung basiert auf einer Technik, die ich über Jahre entwickelt habe. Mehrere Garnstränge werden zu stabilen Bändern gebündelt, damit das Aufwickeln auf den großen Ring effizient, sicher und auch gemeinschaftlich möglich ist. Der Aufbau ist modular organisiert und kann je nach Ort und Rahmen flexibel angepasst werden.
The making process is based on a technique I developed over many years. Multiple strands of yarn are bundled into stable bands so that wrapping the large ring becomes efficient, safe, and also possible as a shared process. The build is modular and can be adapted flexibly depending on site and context.

Depending on the framework, the sculpture can either be completed on site or presented as a finished object. The opening and cutting of the sculpture is a distinct moment in itself and can be staged as a shared climax, a documented process moment, or a public event.

Machbarkeit und Prozess
Aufbau, Beteiligung, öffentlicher Rahmen
Die Herstellung basiert auf einer Technik, die ich über Jahre entwickelt habe. Mehrere Garnstränge werden zu stabilen Bändern gebündelt, damit das Aufwickeln auf den großen Ring effizient, sicher und auch gemeinschaftlich möglich ist.
Je nach Rahmen kann die Skulptur vor Ort fertiggestellt oder als fertiges Objekt in den öffentlichen Raum gebracht werden. Das Öffnen und Schneiden der Skulptur ist ein eigener Moment und kann als sichtbarer gemeinschaftlicher Höhepunkt gestaltet werden.
